We hope you enjoyed your new years celebrations, and stayed safe over the festive period. On New Years Eve there were many amazing firework displays in main cities around the world to signal the new year, starting with Sydney and ending with Seattle.
Sydney’s incredible display was the first to explode into action, it was an incredibly colorful way to start the new year and the display cost an estimated £4 million(https://youtu.be/rkwta9rRbUk)
Dubai was the next display to blow everyone away around the world, Dubai hosted the most expensive firework display that there has ever been in 2014, and the display this year was not far off, lasting about 10 minutes and using the burj khalifa as the central firework launching point the display lit the sky up for miles around! The next spectacular show was the London performance, costing £10 for good positions to watch the show and free for other positions, in this years spectacular rendition of the London new years eve fireworks the London eye erupted into colour and was an incredible way for everyone in the UK to start the new year (https://youtu.be/bmZ2bpJKXUI?t=10s)
Seattle was the last stunning firework display for New Years Eve and really was an incredible show to finish off 2015, and start 2016! With the Seattle Space Needle being used as the central firework target in Seattle, the sky was illuminated with bright flashes and colours. (https://youtu.be/HhtzHLFg8To?t=36s)
The New Years Eve shows around the world were spectacular and really started 2016 off with a bang. only 51 weeks now until the next round of jaw dropping new years eve firework displays, the Chinese new year also brings incredible fireworks so look forward to that on Monday the 8th of February and the article about Chinese new year will be here soon.
