Halloween is one of the best times of year and is enjoyed by all age groups. There are generally lots of events to attend and a unity of excitement. However, if you’re hosting a party yourself, it can become quite overwhelming. Factors like location and food are easy to arrange, however the entertainment can sometimes be a challenge. Holding a firework display is almost mandatory during Halloween parties, but if you don’t actually know anything about fireworks, it can be a daunting task. Now if you’re holding an event in your back garden, here is a quick overview of some fireworks that you can use. They are also completely safe to use in the presence of children:
Fountains
These are fireworks that go off in a vertical column. They create the effect of a fountain, hence the name. Fountains are always recommended to be used for garden parties or for a more sensitive audience such as the elderly or around children. They are also one of the quieter fireworks, so are ideal if you live in a smaller neighbourhood and have noise restrictions. Below are some of the best fountain fireworks to use:
This firework has a terrifying appearance and was probably made especially for Halloween. It looks just like a skull and so is a great way to entertain children before the display. In terms of the actual effect, it produces coloured stars and crackles. My favourite part is the ending, when the firework seems to be about to stop, and then surprises you with a pair of eyes and mouth.
Although this firework does not fly, it does produce some exciting effects, such as firefly effects and coloured stars. It’s one of those fireworks that you can’t take your eyes off!
If you’re looking for something big, then this is the best firework to use. It reaches approximately 12ft and is quite spectacular. It is a high performance firework and produces a stream of silver that seems to go on forever.
This firework has a surprise mine effect which is essentially a burst of stars. These are great for surprising the guests and are generally quite a favourite with the children. Use this during your finale and you will leave the entire audience in awe.
Although this was a brief overview, you can click through to the product pages to find out more. You can also view videos of the fireworks in action, just to see how effective they are. You can even ask your children to watch the videos and choose for you!
Good luck, enjoy and Happy Halloween!
